Our commitment
Every puppy leaves Velvet Paw Puppies having received a full veterinary health check, age-appropriate vaccinations, and any breed-relevant screening completed on the parent dogs prior to breeding. We stand behind the health of every puppy we place.
What's covered
- Protection against major, life-threatening genetic conditions present at the time of sale, for 24 months from the puppy's date of birth.
- A full refund of health-testing documentation and records to support any veterinary claims.
- Guidance and support from us at any point, health-related or otherwise.
What we ask of you
- A veterinary check-up within 72 hours of taking your puppy home, at your expense.
- Keeping up with recommended vaccinations, preventative care, and a healthy diet.
- Notifying us promptly of any diagnosed hereditary condition so we can review our breeding program.
What isn't covered
Conditions resulting from accident, neglect, improper diet, or lack of veterinary care are not covered under this guarantee. Normal minor conditions common to the breed (such as occasional ear infections) are also excluded.
